A Few Things You Need to Know

  • If you have an existing website, it needs to be on Squarespace 7.1 to be compatible with the template.

  • We will install your template 48 hours after you submit the install form—you’ll get access to this after you checkout.

  • If you purchase a VIP Set-Up Day, you will receive an email from us to schedule the date for your Set-Up Day.

  • No worries, an installation is not required!

    The installation option is specifically provided for individuals who already possess a functioning or live website on Squarespace. If you have an established Squarespace website with substantial content, such as numerous blog posts, an extensive inventory in your shop, a large image gallery, or any other instances where transferring all that content to the new template seems impractical, then an installation add-on could be an ideal solution for you.

    Uncertain about whether it's the right choice for you? Feel free to reach out to us, and we'll gladly assist you in determining the most suitable option for your specific needs.

  • Absolutely! When you purchase a Template and an Installation Package, you will still get access to all of the how-tos and resoursces that come with the Template.

  • Because the template will have different design settings (site styles) than your existing website, we can either replace all of your site styles with the template settings, OR we can leave your site styles as is—up to you!

    This is something you can tell us in the Installation Info Form after checkout.

FAQS

  • Nope! We don’t need to log into your account.

    But, we will need access to your website, and you can do that by adding us as an administrator. But we will provide all the information and instructions on how to do this after you purchase the installation.

  • If your website is already live, you might want to consider adding an "Under Construction" page while we're installing your new template and while you're busy customizing your site.

    Once you've filled out the Install Form after checkout, we'll hook you up with instructions on how to add that cool "Under Construction" page if you feel like it. We'll also give you some tips on when it's best to rock that page and let your visitors know that awesome changes are underway.

    So, no worries! We've got you covered during the transition, making sure your visitors are in the loop while you work your magic on your website.

  • Once we get access to your site, we'll add those template pages into the "Not Linked" section of your pages panel. But hey, no need to worry! We won't mess with your existing page structure or content. It'll all stay just how you've set it up, keeping things hassle-free and preserving your website's vibe.
